Short post today as it's kind of late. Nothing very interesting happened during the day as far as the diet. We've started a weight loss challenge at work, a group of us effectively representing our office in a nationwide contest (with an unspecified prize at the end). Kind of interesting, but I wish they'd caught me at the start of the diet rather than 40 pounds later.
Food today: breakfast sandwich (300 calories), turkey sandwich (500 calories), a couple mini-candy bars (100 calories), a steak and cheese sandwich with fries for dinner (1200 calories). Exercise was a lunch time walk (100 calories).
