Just realized that we just finished the third month of the diet yesterday. I've slowed down a bit in terms of points accrued, though not by much. I should cross the 80K threshold tomorrow, which means the next weigh in day is probably Sunday (barring any crazy pigging out tomorrow). It's kind of weird to realize that I've been at this for three months. That both seems like a really short time, and a really long time simultaneously. On the other hand I've still managed to lose more than 30 pounds in three months, so I can't complain too much about the process.
Food today: egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast (300 calories), turkey sandwich for lunch (500 calories), granola bar for a snack (80 calories), penne, sauce and garlic toast for dinner (1200 calories tonight, as I added a little extra pasta to the normal serving). Exercise was 50 minutes on the treadmill for 769 calories.
