Another fairly generic day today. No major challenges, but it was nice to be able to simply go home and have dinner at a more conventional time. The last few days I've been eating at weird times, and that's left me feeling a little out of sorts. Hopefully now that I'm getting back on track it won't be as easy to fall into eating snacks and junk food.
Food today: egg and cheese sandwich again (300 calories), turkey sandwich (500 calories), steak, noodles and green beans (1000 calories), and for snacks I had some cookies while hanging with friends (200 calories). Exercise was a lunch time walk again (100 calories).
