Just a short post for yesterday. Was busy all day and so kind of forgot to do a post before heading to bed. I had friends over for the day yesterday, and as is typical when hanging out like that all day we had a lot of snacks. As such the day kind of turned into a cheat day. Because of the scheduling I wasn't able to get to they gym either which also leaves the day as reasonably low scoring.
Food yesterday: breakfast sandwich with milk (300 calories), some pizza strips for lunch (500 calories), potato chips as a snack (300 calories), and for dinner I used some leftover ground beef and a potato to make a burger and fries on a sourdough roll (1200 calories). No exercise.
