I'm kind of exhausted today so I don't have much to add. Had to work in the morning, then had friends coming over for the afternoon. Thought ahead a bit and decided to skip lunch in favor of some extra snacks on the day. Seems to have worked pretty well.
Food today: egg and cheese sandwich (300 calories), a couple cookies and some Smartfood popcorn (600 calories), penne, sauce and garlic toast (1000 calories).
