So I missed a post completely for the first time yesterday, so here's the quick hit for Monday. I'll do a real post later tonight.
Food yesterday: egg and cheese sandwich (300 calories), several barbecue chicken wings for lunch (600 calories), steak, noodles and green beans for dinner (1000 calories). No snacks and no exercise (I was visiting friends and didn't have time to go to the gym as planned).
