Nothing major to post today. I did have one reasonably major moment of weakness, when I grabbed some more leftover cake at work. I don't regret eating it, I just wish it didn't have quite so many calories. It was very tasty though.
Food today: breakfast sandwich and milk (300 calories), turkey sandwich (500 calories), snack was a piece of cake, and a granola bar earlier in the day (500 calories), dinner was penne, sauce and garlic toast (1000 calories). Exercise was just a walk at lunchtime (100 calories). Between errands in the evening, and running on Saturday and Sunday, I decided to give myself the day off from the gym.
