Today was a lower scoring day than it should have been. For a change it didn't have much to do with overly snacking or anything like that. This time it was because I went to make breakfast and found that the english muffins I'd been planning to use were moldy instead. Ended up making a peanut butter sandwich for breakfast, but that's higher calories than the alternative. It's little things like this that can have a negative effect if you let them. "Well, my meal plan for the day is already ruined...let's go get a burger and fries for lunch."
Not sure how often I've mentioned a burger and fries on this blog, but I feel like it's been a lot more than it should be. It's possible I have a ground beef and potato addiction. Food today was a peanut butter sandwich for breakfast (500 calories), PB&J for lunch (600 calories), a piece of cheese and a piece of candy as snacks (150 calories), and pasta, sauce and garlic toast for dinner (1000 calories). No exercise as I had a wellness meeting at lunchtime.
