Just a quick post for yesterday. Nothing major happened, though someone did bring in a red velvet cake for work. Looked so good I had to allow myself a slice. Made it as thin as I possibly could, but who knows.
Food: egg and cheese sandwich (300 calories), meatball sub (480 calories), penne, sauce and garlic toast for dinner (was supposed to be something else but I mangled the recipe, 1000 calories) and a slice of cake (200 calories). Exercise was walking and running during lunch (100 calories).
