Day 111

Nothing significant happened yesterday, and there were no real challenges either. As with the day before I needed to avoid all the leftover snacks and junk food from the weekend. Didn't do a perfect job of it, but I avoided any of the major dangers.

Food yesterday:  egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast (300 calories), turkey sandwich on sourdough for lunch (600 calories), a handful of chips as a snack (150 calories), and a steak and cheese sandwich for dinner (1000 calories).  Exercise was just a lunchtime walk (100 calories).
