Day 106

Got back on track on Thursday.  Went to kickboxing, ate reasonably well and didn't go nuts on any junk food.  I haven't officially weighed myself yet, but I'm a little worried that this next weigh-in is going to show that I've plateaued.  It seems weird that I would suddenly hit that mark without getting to it more gradually, but who knows.  With luck it's just a temporary aberration.

Food today:  scambled eggs with toast (400 calories), PB&J for lunch (600 calories), lasagna with garlic toast for dinner (1000 calories).  Exercise was a lunchtime walk and an hour of kickboxing (600 calories).
