Just a quick post for yesterday. As the diet's gotten longer most of these posts have definitely gotten shorter. No major challenges, though we did have a potluck at work so I ended up snacking more than I should have.
Food: egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast (300 calories), turkey sandwich for lunch (500 calories), several pizza strips and some peanut butter as snacks (400 calories), and penne, sauce and garlic toast for dinner (1000 calories). Exercise was a lunchtime walk (100 calories) and an hour on the treadmill (821 calories).
