Day 132

Just a quick post for tonight.  Nothing particularly significant occurred today, and I didn't face any particular challenges other than hanging out with some friends.  Food today:  egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast (300 calories), turkey sandwich on sourdough (500 calories), granola bar, some peanut butter, and a couple Twizzlers for snacks today (300 calories), penne, sauce and garlic toast for dinner (1000 calories).  Exercise was a lunchtime walk again (100 calories).
