Day 105

Just generally not a great day.  Woke up feeling like crap, so decided to call in sick for work.  By the later afternoon I was feeling a bit better so I went to the gym to run, which would have been good.  However I decided I needed a pick-me-up after that though and ended up at 5 guys for dinner.  All in all, the day could have gone better from both a health and a diet stand point.

Food today:  a peanut butter sandwich for lunch (500 calories), and a burger and large fry at 5 guys for dinner (2500 calories total probably).  Exercise was 1 hour on the treadmill (814 calories).
