Day 119

Had to get back to the gym today.  I've been letting it slide for a couple days due to scheduling conflicts and other errands.  Even so, I almost talked myself out of it at the end of the day.  The longer I go between periods of exercise, the harder it is to get back in the habit.  Of course another reason to go to the gym is that I'm getting close enough to 200k that I can smell it.  Every additional point earned makes it that little bit closer to the goal.  At the current rate I may be done before April!

Food today:  breakfast sandwich on a sourdough roll (400 calories), meatball sub from Subway (480 calories), steak, noodles and green beans for dinner (1000 calories).  The only real snack was some peanut butter while cooking dinner (100 calories).  Exercise was an hour on the treadmill (814 calories).
