Day 114

I decided to give myself a bit of a break today.  I've been exercising quite a bit lately, and having one night off to crash early if I want might be nice.  One thing I need to do soon though is hit the grocery store and find some more low-calorie snacks.  The last few days I've been grabbing some small bags of chips.  They're not terrible (160 calories), but they're also not exactly good.  Unfortunately I definitely need something by the time the middle of the afternoon rolls around.

Food today:  egg and cheese sandwich (300 calories), turkey on sourdough (600 calories), a bag of chips (160 calories), penne, sauce and garlic toast for dinner (1000 calories).  Exercise was a lunchtime walk (100 calories)
