Day 68 - Mild Cheat Day

So I forgot to do my post yesterday.  No excuse other than getting distracted towards the end of the night.  Yesterday was pretty straightforward.  We had a smoothie break organized by the wellness committee at work.  Working on that made a nice change of pace, even if I didn't end up having a smoothie myself (had eaten lunch just before).  After work though I decided on two things.  The first was to skip running for the day since I knew I had the 11-miler today.  The second was a craving for fish and chips.  I ended up going to a fish place for dinner and got fish and chips and some clam cakes.  All in all it was a pretty nice night.  The downside was that the points were a little low.

Food today:  egg and cheese (300 calories), roast beef sandwich (500 calories), some peanut butter (100 calories), and fish and chips with clamcakes (1500 calories).  No exercise on the day.
