So despite Easter having a dangerously high amount of sugary foods I'm back on track today. Yesterday wasn't really all that bad, but it did have the possibility of breaking a few of the portions of my current program. Fortunately I was able to avoid sliding too much. It helped that there wasn't much new candy at work today though. Work was also a little weird as I did ancillary tasks all day, but they helped keep me focused on other thoughts rather than when my next meal was going to be. Still on the diet, and still caffeine and soda free so I'm not going to complain.
Food today: egg and cheese for breakfast (300 calories), turkey sandwich for lunch (500 calories), dinner was lasagna and garlic toast again (1000 calories), and snacks included a mini-snickers and some peanut butter today (250 calories). Exercise was a lunch time walk and then an hour back on the treadmill (1266 calories).
