Day 62 - Cheat Day Despite The 10-Miler

So the positive results first.  Today was my 10-mile run for my training and that worked out quite well.  There's a definite difference between 9 and 10 miles that you can feel, but in the end I kept up the time I wanted.  You can see the run here:

So 10 miles of running is an awesome accomplishment, but I also decided to turn today into a 5-Guys day, my first in a while.  Even that wouldn't have been that bad, but I forgot I was going out to a pub trivia night tonight which included some additional food.  All in all it added up quite a bit.  So I ran 10 miles today but I probably blew most of the accomplishment as far as the diet went by eating too much.

Food today:  breakfast was a little larger than normal, scrambled eggs with some light toast and peanut butter (600 calories), lunch was 5 Guys (2000 calories), snacks at the pub night was "dinner" (500 calories).  Exercise was a 10 mile run (1400 calories).
