Day 60 - 100 K weigh-in

So today was the 100K weigh-in.  It's a little disappointing only in that when I weighed myself on Saturday I weighed a bit less than I did today.  No real explanation for it but still disheartening to see my weight shifting like this.  Even so, long term the trend continues to go down.

100 K weight:  215 pounds

Nothing else really significant happened today.  I cut a bit of noodles out of the portion I make with my non-pasta dinners.  So I'll be accruing points a little faster.  The downside is that lately I've been snacking a bit more than necessary so I'll need to stop that.  All in all though the next 100K shouldn't be too hard to accomplish.

Food today:  egg and cheese for breakfast (300 calories), turkey sandwich for lunch (500 calories), dinner was a small grilled chicken breast, some noodles and green beans (700 calories), snacks were candy and some peanut butter (300 calories).  Exercise was a lunch time walk (100 calories).
