So today ended up being another rest day. Possibly unnecessary but I wanted to give my legs a bit of a rest after all the running of the past week. I'm going to be picking it back up tomorrow so I'm likely only losing a day's run but with luck I should be able to avoid an injury. Otherwise no major events today. Kept myself mostly on the straight and narrow.
Food today: english muffin with peanut butter (300 calories), PB&J for lunch (500 calories), some candy and peanut butter (200 calories), and penne, sauce and garlic toast (1000 calories). Exercise was a lunch time walk.
