Day 31

Tuesday wasn't particularly challenging though I did eat a little bit too much on the day.  Luckily it wasn't too bad a day as far as that went.

Food:  egg and cheese for breakfast (300 calories), PB&J for lunch (500 calories), some jelly beans for snacks (150 calories), homemade pizza for dinner (1000 calories).  Exercise was a lunch time walk (100 calories).
