Day 11

No major challenges on the day.  Fortunately, while I ended up going to get a snack during work I kept it smaller than earlier in the week and got the small bag of chips.  I did have a special kickboxing session on the day, as next week we're level testing and I needed to go through some of the moves that we don't do routinely in class.  The real challenge of the testing though is going to be jumping rope for 2 minutes.  Not 100% certain I'm coordinated enough to do that.

Food for the day:  egg and cheese sandwich (300 calories), PB&J (600 calories), small bag of chips (160 calories), steak, noodles and green beans (1000 calories).  Exercise was a lunchtime walk, and a light session of kickboxing (400 calories total).
