Day 25

So 25 days into the new diet I'm definitely not doing as well as I did on the last one.  Now this diet's been complicated quite a bit with health issues which has limited how much I could do at times, but I'm really going to need to refocus.  I have two weeks before I go on my vacation and I'm still debating what I'm going to do to track food on that trip.  Since I won't be able to post on a daily basis as much, I'm thinking I may simply put the diet on hold for the two weeks I'm gone.  Not sure if it's the best idea though, so I'm still considering.

Food today:  egg and cheese sandwich (300 calories), turkey sandwich and some grilled chicken for lunch (800 calories), pasta, sauce and garlic toast for dinner (1000 calories).  No exercise for one more day.
