Day 27

Continuing the quick posts for the missed couple days.  More to talk about later on.

Food Friday:  corn muffin and 1% milk from Dunkin Donuts (700 calories), some candy as snacks (150 calories), pasta, sauce and garlic toast for dinner (1000 calories).  Lunch time walk for exercise (100 calories).
