Day 26

A couple quick posts for the missed days.

Thursday's Food:  egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast (300 calories), turkey sandwich for lunch (500 calories), spaghetti and meatballs for dinner (1200 calories), snacks included some candy (100 calories).  Exercise was a lunch time walk (100 calories).
