One thing I've already noticed about taking the last week off from exercise, is that my excitement about posting the day's results has declined dramatically now that I'm not putting in big point days. Going off the diet all together would be a lot worse of course, but it's harder to remind myself to calculate the points when the day's only going to be worth 500 points towards the goal.
Food for Sunday: egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast (300 calories), lunch/dinner was a hamburger and hot dog on the grill with fresh sourdough rolls (1000 calories), snacks were the potato chips with lunch as well as from the afternoon with my friends (1200 calories). No exercise.
