So this cold is definitely making this diet plan more complicated. I had planned to exercise on Friday and Saturday at the very least, with a walk in the park today. This was because I expected to eat a little too much junk food between yesterday and today. Unfortunately, the cold kept me primarily inside and away from the gym.
I have a feeling that getting a cold during a more routine period of the calender wouldn't be so bad. I'd probably spend a lot of time in bed, and wouldn't get to the gym, but I also wouldn't eat a lot. Unfortunately that didn't work out for me this weekend for obvious reasons.
Today's food: breakfast was peanut butter and toast with milk (700 calories), there wasn't a lunch since dinner was expected to be early, dinner was pork with noodles, peas and bread (1000 calories). Unfortunately snacks included a couple handfuls of chips, as well as a piece of Boston creme pie with some ice cream (totalled to 700 calories).
