So far, this winter has been kind of warm. As a result it has been a lot easier to get exercise, since I don't have the cold chasing me inside. Unfortunately that may not stick for long. I went running this morning, and it was cold enough that I had to seriously consider additional layers. Running (or any other exercise of course) tends to warm you up a bit, so in the end I was reasonably comfortable today. The next time, who knows. I'm going to have to avoid letting the weather prevent me from exercising (it's too cold, I don't want to go to the gym, let's just head home).
Kept on target for another day. Food was a breakfast sandwich with an extra piece of cheese (350 calories), a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch (600 calories) and lasagna and garlic toast for dinner (1000 calories). Snack for the day was just a few peanuts (50 calories). Exercise was 3 miles or so of running outdoors (I'm calling it 400 calories).
