Day 62

60K to 80K took about 15 days, but that included one horrendously awful scoring day featuring a pair of holiday events.  None the less I seem to mostly be maintaining the average.

Weigh-in result:  236.4 lbs.

Over the last 20,000 points I've really started to feel like I'm accomplishing something.  4 years ago or so I was at 299 pounds and lost a lot of weight.  The lowest I ever got after starting that process was down to about 239.  So I have now crossed an important threshold in my head.  Even more importantly some of the crazier weight loss goals I've had seem doable.  However, we're not even close to done yet.  120,000 calories still to go.

Food today:  egg and cheese sandwich with milk (300 calories), PB&J sandwich (500 calories), granola bar as a snack (80 calories), and dinner was grilled chicken, noodles and green beans (900 calories).  I am cheating a bit tonight by having a piece of leftover birthday cake (500 calories is probably high, but we're going to call it that anyway).  Exercise was a walk at lunch (100 calories).
