For exercise I've been primarily doing either runs on the treadmill, running out in the real world or walks. I work in a little bit of weights and biking on occasion, but my primary exercise has been running. Someone today recommended yoga which I'll admit sounded a little weird. Other folks have mentioned snow-shoeing, significant weight training, as well as some of the concentrated exercise plans.
On the plus side I've definitely noticed my endurance with running going up. Both my length of time running, and the speed at which I can run has gone up (at least on the treadmill). However I have found myself wondering if I should try something different. Anyone know what kind of exercise might be interesting to give a shot at?
