Generally a good day at work. Had a performance review that went well. Didn't get hungry or tired early in the day so had my meals and snacks at the appropriate times. Actually felt a bit more productive at work than I had in a few days (actually finished some work rather than getting partially there). All in all the positive experiences on the day helped keep me positive on the diet. There simply wasn't a drive to make myself feel "better" thanks to sugar. Even dodged the Twizzlers that came out while hanging out with my friends.
Food today: egg and cheese sandwich (300 calories), turkey sandwich (500 calories), part of an apple and a tiny bag of skittles (100 calories), dinner was penne with sauce and garlic toast (1000 calories).
Exercise was a walk at lunch (100 calories), and a little over a half-hour on the treadmill (378 calories).
