My first day earning less than 1000 points, and all because of a snack I probably shouldn't have had. Forgot to bring an apple today, so when it came time for a snack (and some additional caffeine) I grabbed a bag of chips and a diet soda. What I glanced at and disregarded, was that the chips were 300 calories. The rain today didn't help, since I bailed on going to the gym as a result of getting soaked on my way home.
I had considered manipulating my dinner in order to guarantee I hit at least 1000 points, but in the end decided to focus on just maintaining the diet to the best I could, without trying to manipulate the day's score. Breakfast was a breakfast sandwich with an extra piece of cheese (350 calories). Lunch was PB&J (600 calories). Dinner was spaghetti, sauce and garlic toast (1000 calories). Snacks were the aforementioned bag of chips (300 calories).
