Just a quick check in post tonight. Was hanging out with friends and let things run kind of late. Tomorrow morning's going to be painful (caffeinated soda with breakfast is a very big possibility). My only weak spot on the day was when someone brought in some sugar candies called "Fruit slices," they're objectively terrible yet for some reason I love them. The box says they're gluten free though. That means they're healthy right?
Food today: breakfast sandwich and milk (300 calories), turkey sandwich (500 calories), candy (150) and a granola bar (100) for a total of 250 calories as snacks. Penne, sauce and garlic toast for the 2nd night in a row (forgot to defrost anything; 1000 calories). Exercise was a half hour on the treadmill for 395 calories.
