Pretty much a routine day. Went to work, came home, watched some TV and played some video games. Sadly none of these activities magically burn excess calories. Food was pretty routine as well. Breakfast was an egg and cheese sandwich (300 calories). Lunch was PB&J (600 calories). Snack was an apple (100 calories). Dinner was grilled chicken, noodles and baked beans. Baked beans have a surprising number of calories, so the total dinner was around 1000 calories.
Exercise was just a walk at lunch around downtown (100 calories)
