The day before Thanksgiving. I think it's obvious that tomorrow will be a bit of a challenge. Normally I don't stuff myself at dinner, but I do usually have several desserts. Not sure how tomorrow's going to go, but since I'm way ahead of my projection I can probably afford to have a bad day tomorrow. Nothing particularly interesting with the diet today. Pretty much routine.
Food today: breakfast sandwich (300 calories), PB&J (600 calories), steak, noodles and green beans (1000 calories) and for snacks I had a small apple and a piece of cheese (150 calories).
