So after feeling like crap most of the day, and having a dentist's appointment today turned into my first cheat day of the diet. As I mentioned yesterday, I'd been feeling a bit burned out. Today that carried over and while I was able to catch up on sleep I finally decided I wanted a trip to 5 Guys. So the only positive was I stuck to my guns and avoided soda while there, but still ended up having a bad calorie day without exercise. Probably not a huge problem long term, but I probably caused a few extra days of work to hit my goals.
Food today: english muffin with peanut butter (300 calories), 5 Guys cheeseburger with fries (2000 calories), egg and cheese sandwich for dinner (300 calories). No real exercise on the day.
