Well after two days where the negatives piled up a bit, today worked out mostly as a good day. It wasn't perfect but I kept to the diet and went running. Beyond that there isn't a heck of lot that's negative about the day. Work was a little more stressful than normal, but the combination of a lack of candy in my immediate area and a continued commitment to avoid drinking soda meant I didn't feel a strong need to cheat. In the end I even managed to keep my lunch reasonable rather than going nuts.
Food today: egg and cheese (300 calories), cheese pizza at lunch (600 calories), dinner was penne, sauce and garlic toast (1000 calories), and snacks were a little peanut butter before running (100 calories). Exercise was an hour on the treadmill again (1135 calories).
