Today started out promising but ended up disappointing. I was realizing today that I've been feeling a bit burned out over the last week or so. I'm not sure if it's an illness or just general exhaustion but by the end of the day today I was barely able to keep up. Even the bike ride home didn't really get me active again. As such, I took the night off from exercise. I'll probably "make it up" by going back tomorrow, but even so it was a little disappointing to let myself skip it. As long as it's not an illness though getting some rest should put me back on track.
Food today: egg and cheese for breakfast (300 calories), turkey sandwich for lunch (500 calories), penne, sauce and garlic toast for dinner (1000 calories), and some M&Ms as a snack (100 calories). Exercise was a longer lunchtime walk (150 calories).
