So I'm definitely noticing the effect of being caffeine-free. I'm actually sleeping better and my energy at work has been better without too much of a crash. So that's the positive. The negative is that I'm crashing a bit once I get home, particularly if I hit the gym after work. Today 7:45 rolled around and I was already trying to figure out when I could go to bed. All in all it isn't a bad thing, but I think I need to try and get my body used to it.
Food today: egg and cheese for breakfast (300 calories), turkey sandwich for lunch (500 calories), penne, sauce and garlic toast for dinner (1000 calories), snack was a piece of cheese (100 calories). Exercise was a lunch-time walk (100 calories), and an hour on the treadmill (1080 calories).
