Fairly routine day for the most part. Unfortunately after going running today I decided to satisfy a craving. The fish and chips I wanted wasn't open, so instead I went to a nearby Wendy's and ate too much food. Always sucks to have a down day like this but it's mostly a minor concern. As long as I don't repeat it the rest of the week the run on Sunday will probably take care of most of those extra calories.
Food today: egg and cheese (300 calories), turkey sandwich (500 calories), pretzels (200 calories), Wendy's (2000 calories). Exercise was a running class (600 calories).
