Today was a busy day, but not quite a healthy one. I was resting the knee in the morning after it swelled a bit after yesterday's run. The rest of the day was spent working a grill for a church festival. A lot of work (which probably burned some calories) but also resulted in me eating some of my cooking. Ended up having a couple burgers and a hot dog during the day. Dinner ended up being a bit too much pasta as well. Not healthy exactly, but not completely unhealthy either.
Food today: bowl of cereal (300 calories), grill food (1000 calories), pasta (1200 calories). No exercise.
